Coffee Club uses the information you provide to arrange one-to-one professional introductions in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. You choose your city when signing up; matching pools are separate.

Signing up and getting matched

We collect your city, name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, role, career stage, industries, interests, goals, availability and preferred areas. A personal LinkedIn profile is required to sign up. You can also provide your company and conversation prompts. We store this information to manage your membership and choose suitable matches. We send introductions by email; your phone number is shared with your match to arrange the meeting.

Your match receives your name, role, company and industries, conversation prompts, email, phone number and LinkedIn profile if you supplied one. We use hosting and email delivery providers to operate the service. Signup information is also available to the people administering Coffee Club.

Advertising cookies and your choice

We use the Meta Pixel on our public pages to measure visits and completed new registrations, attribute signups to ads and improve ad delivery. Advertising cookies are enabled unless you turn them off below. We continue to honor any earlier choice to decline them.

Meta receives event information, the page address and technical information such as your IP address, browser and advertising cookie identifiers, and may connect these with your Meta account. Meta may combine this with information from other websites and services to provide measurement services and target and deliver ads.

We include the signup city in a successful registration event so we can compare our city campaigns. We do not include your other signup answers, name, email, phone number, internal member ID or LinkedIn profile in our Meta event payloads. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event collection are disabled. Our pixel uses cookies such as _fbp and, when applicable, _fbc.

You can turn off advertising cookies and still use the service. This stops future pixel events in this browser and clears our first-party Meta cookies; it does not remove information already received by Meta. Read Meta’s Privacy Policy for details of its processing.

Storage in your browser

We remember your advertising cookie choice in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. The signup form also saves an unfinished draft in this browser so you can return to it; the draft is cleared after a successful signup. Admin login uses a session cookie. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice and draft.
